Walk out past the thatched roof. Your chauffeur is in the private-transfer lane holding the sign above, and takes the bags from there.

Return trip confirmed
Before leaving, your chauffeur checks your departure flight and confirms the pick-up time back to PUJ.

Where exactly do I meet my chauffeur at PUJ?
After immigration and customs, walk out of the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur is in the private-transfer lane with your name on a tablet sign. You’ll have their photo and number from the night before.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight and adjust the pick-up. Waiting time from your actual landing is always free.
Do you have child seats?
Yes: infant, toddler and booster seats, $5 each, fitted before you arrive. Add them and your children’s ages when you book.
How do I pay? Is the tip included?
Pay your chauffeur in cash, in US dollars or pesos, on arrival, or ask for a secure card payment link. Gratuity is already in the fare.
Can we stop at a supermarket?
Yes. A stop of up to 10 minutes on the way is free. Longer stops are $35 per half hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
